I was thinking recently about this word you hear everywhere these days……integrate. I was pondering its meaning.
One of the ways I explore a word or concept is to look for the opposite word so I can get a sense of perspective with regard to the whole intent of the meaning of the word.
Did it ever occur to you that the opposite of ‘integrate’ is ‘disintegrate’?
When we are ‘integrated,’ we have become someone with ‘integrity.” This means something with an internal structure that is not compromised…
The integrity of a person or a building or a master plan for life is based upon its ability to withstand compromise…be true to itself.
Some people will tell you that you have to ‘compromise’ in order to get on in life but this is not true. You always have free will and the right to make a choice! Compromise usually leaves everyone unhappy and full of unspoken resentment…so give that up right now!
To see yourself in each other and from a place of compassion, make agreements based on trust…that is your mission. To ‘Integrate’ is to become whole and powerful in your own right, expressing all your skills and gifts with no fear of judgment or limitation.
To disintegrate is to literally ‘meltdown’. Disintegrated, you have lost the integrity within the structure of your Being. Give up compromise. It builds resentment. Think about creating an inter-dependant relationship, rather than a co-dependant relationship. It is through redefining our relationship with the earth and each other that we can re-integrate and once again become an integral part of a healthy whole.
Are you integrated or disintegrated? Are you whole and healthy or a dysfunctional, distracted victim of constant compromise? Create Inter-dependant relationships now and give up the co-dependence and the compromise.

Hello Shankari.
I have been a follower of yours for some time now. I actually opened a shop in Melbourne 6 months ago and have been selling your beautiful work since then. They have been doing very well!! I'm not sure how else to contact you so thought this would be the best avenue. I have been buying the jewellery from Rona in Sydney since before I opened, and she has recently started supplying the same pieces to a shop right around the corner from me. I'm sure you can appreciate how disappointed I am. I would not mind if the other shop was in another part of Melbourne, but they are literally 2 minutes away. I am wondering if there is another supplier you can recommend I use or perhaps I can get them directly from you. They have been selling really well, but on principal I would prefer to not deal with Rona anymore, as I am quite hurt by her disloyalty to me. I have tried to address the isue with Rona but she seems unwilling to look after me in an appropriate way. My address is 556 Glenferrie Rd, Hawthorn, Victoria, 3122. Phone no. 03 9819 0899. I hope there is some way you can assist me as I really want to continue selling the objects of Art, I really feel and believe in their power. Thank you for your time and I would appreciate any advice or assistance you will be able to offer.
In love and light,
Allie Dempster
